According to article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product. As listed below:

● Product Condition: The product must be in its original packaging, unused, sealed, and accompanied by all accessories and documents received.

● Credit card refund: The amount paid for the purchased product will be refunded by your credit card company within 60 (sixty) days, which may vary.

3. Conditions for Carrying Out the Exchange

In addition to the right of withdrawal stipulated in the previous item, we accept exchanges in the following cases:

● Product Condition: The product must be in its original packaging, unused, sealed, and accompanied by all accessories and documents received.

● Invoice: You must present the purchase invoice.


4. Reasons Accepted for Making an Exchange

We accept exchanges in the following cases:

● Manufacturing Defect: If the product has a manufacturing defect.

● Damage During Shipping: If the product arrives damaged due to shipping.

● Product Not in Accordance with Order: If the product received is different from what was ordered.

● Returns due to allergies or any other problems with the purchased product: If you have developed any allergy or problem from using our product, please contact us via email at sac@iyscosmetics.com so that we can better understand your case and offer appropriate solutions quickly and efficiently.


5. Procedures to be Followed for Carrying Out an Exchange and/or Monetary Refund

To request an exchange or return, follow the steps below:

● Contact Customer Service: Please contact our customer service department via email at sac@iyscosmetics.com, stating the reason for the exchange or return and the order details.

● Documentation Submission: Send photos of the product, including the packaging, and the invoice for initial review.

● Request Analysis: Our team will evaluate your request and, if approved, provide instructions for shipping the product.

● Product Shipment: Send the product to the address provided, following the instructions received.

6. Shipping Costs

● Initial Shipping Costs: We will be responsible for the costs of shipping the product for our review.

● Cost Refund: If the exchange is approved due to a manufacturing defect, damage during transport, product not matching the order, or in the case of exercising the right of withdrawal.


7. Timeframes for Exchanges and Returns

After we receive the product and verify the conditions for exchange or return, the deadline for completing the process is up to 30 (THIRTY) business days. A new product will be sent or the

Reimbursements will be processed as appropriate.
